Background effects screen is super slow to load and can't select an option
The apply background effects screen is stuck loading for a long time every time I open it,
then when it opens I can't seem to make a background selection
I can only select No background or Blur. The other items highlight in yellow but when clicked, nothing happens.
What would be wrong?
- RobertLawsCopper ContributorI have this problem as well. It can take several minutes to load the backgrounds. Sometimes it helps to log out and in again, but sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes my custom backgrounds are there, sometimes they aren't.
I think we just have to accept that this software is under development so it's bound to have some teething troubles in the early days.- Michael_MontouriCopper Contributor
I had the same exact same issue. I found an article online on how to clear the Teams Cache, I did that, then rebooted the PC. Problem solved!
- Have you tried simple logging out of the Teams client and log back in? That usually fixes issues like this Adam
