Third Party App Can't Connect to Exchange Server 2016 using Autodiscover Url

We're trying to migrate from Exchange Server 2016 to Google Workspace using a third-party app. Third-party applications require an Autodiscover Exchange Server url and an Admin account to connect. However we are having trouble connecting from a third party application to Exchange Server 2016 using the Autodiscover url.
Even though the Autodiscover Exchange Server Url can be accessed from external (internet) using the Outlook Desktop Application.

Is there something wrong with the Autodiscover url or is there something else I need to fix?

Please advise to solve this problem.
