Outlook in mobile browsers

Just in case if anyone is aware of this, please do reply. 

Wanted to block outlook web mail in mobile browsers. 

It should work in desktop, laptops.  Only in mobile it should be blocked. 

NOTE: Microsoft Exchange online plan 1 license.  No conditional access or Intune to implement.

There's no way to block just OWA on mobiles, we simply dont have such setting. Even if we did, it wont help much, as most browsers can switch between mobile/desktop mode. You can of course block OWA altogether, or configure some IP-based restrictions via Client Access Rules: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/clients-and-mobile-in-exchange-online/client-access-rules/...
