Office 365 Exchange Admin - Disable users from adding 'Calendar Apps' on Outlook mobile

Is there a way for an Exchange Administrator to disable users from adding 'Calendar Apps' highlighted on the screen below (Outlook for iOS)

Afaik no. While we do have a lot of configuration settings we can control via Intune (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/exchange/clients-and-mobile-in-exchange-online/outlook-for-ios-and-...), there isn't one for this particular scenario.
