exchange version upgrade

Currently, active directory ad forest level and domain level are 2016, and windows server is 2019, exchange version is 2016, i want to upgrade version 2016 to 2019, what i want to know is, for below three commands to prepare ad and domain, if need i run all commands or one of them or two of them?

1、<Virtual DVD drive letter>:\Setup.exe /IAcceptExchangeServerLicenseTerms_DiagnosticDataON /PrepareSchema

2、<Virtual DVD drive letter>:\Setup.exe /IAcceptExchangeServerLicenseTerms_DiagnosticDataON /PrepareAD /OrganizationName:"<Organization name>"

3、<Virtual DVD drive letter>:\Setup.exe /IAcceptExchangeServerLicenseTerms_DiagnosticDataON /PrepareAllDomains
