Emails blocked

Hi my emails seems to have been blocked how can I unblock it? I have attached a picture of what happened evrytime I send an email out.

Mostly a spammer activity. Check the link and resolve it.

Iv tried following the steps by my admin centre layout is slightly different and I'm unable to work it out.

Check, if you can see Classic Exchange Admin Center link in your EAC as below: If so, you can go back to the classic view and try out the steps
