Now it keeps happening for the shared mailbox as well.
Tried to deactivate it, it reactivates itself. I'm about to loose it.

Having the same issue. But for a regular mailbox. A client wanted us to disable the Birthday Calendar for the entire org. Had to manually do this via OWA for all users. But I still have two users where this does not disappear 😐
