Hello, First time post, hopefully someone can give me a hand with an issue I can't get on top of.
Unable to create new connections to Exchange Server using Outlook Anywhere functionality - existing connections which were created before the error work OK.
Error:
An error occurred while trying to get the address book server.
Microsoft Remote Connectivity Analyzer Results
No errors in application log on Exchange Server.
MS Activesync working OK along with OWA. Internal Outlook access working OK too.
Exchange Version: 15.2 (Build 792.3) running on Server 2019 Standard
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.

We have just upgraded to Exchange 2019 CU8 (with the new Exchange Security patch) and we are getting the exact same issue.
It looks like any time that the test is run, we get a TLS error on the server (event ID 36874).
This has only started happening since the CU8 install and the security patch.

@ShaneLovell We are seeing the exact same thing running Version 15.1 (Build 2176.2) (Exchange 2016 on Server 2016 Standard)
Seems like this is happening since upgrading to the lasted CU19 + Security Update.
Feedback if you find a resolution would be appreciated.

I have the same problem after installing CU19 and KB5000871. I am also unable to login to OWA and EAC, is anyone else having this problem?
I see they released CU 20 yesterday
