VBA Macro for Sorting

Hi all,

 

I have a spreadsheet that is 11 columns wide. It is a simple directory for my company and each person has three columns. It is listed in a way that 3 people fit left to right. I want a way so that the spreadsheet easily sorts all names in alphabetical order, despite the fact that there are more than one person in each column. It will seem more obvious what the issue is one you look at the spreadsheet. Please see the spreadsheet attached and thank you for your time.
