start a new line when using formula CONCATENATE

I need to connect text from several cells but to start a new line for each cell, what should I use [ALT+ENTER  is not working] ?

=CONCATENATE(B4,CHAR(10),C4,CHAR(10),D4)

This is the formula in cell B7 in the attached example.

After entering the formula i right-clicked with the mouse in cell B7 and selected format cells -> alignment -> wrap text. Then i ticked wrap text (Zeilenumbruch).
