Program to use for contact list
what would be the best program to use Excel or Word, I am looking to make a contact list with name, address , phone #, did they answer, could you leave a message, did you send a letter, brief note on contents was brochure included which one.

- I would suggest this would sit better in Excel, hearings across the top of the tab, you can they perform analysis on the data you record.
