Pivot goes blank when I add more than 1 field (Mac)

Hi,

I am using Excel app on a MacBook Pro. I have a license to MS360 and am using the desktop app. When I create a pivot, I am able to add a field to the rows section, and the pivot populates correctly on the left. However, when I add a second field to the Rows (or any other area), the pivot on the left goes blank. I tried changing the pivot layout and it did not work. The data table does not have blank columns or rows. I also tried refreshing the pivot. Does anyone know how to fix this?
