Negative number to show as zero
I have the following formula and want to add to it so the negative number that is calculated will show in the cell as zero. What do I need to include? Thank you.
=IF(J8="",TODAY()-B8,J8-B8)

Do you mean:
=MAX(0,IF(J8="",TODAY()-B8,J8-B8))
