Microsoft Office 365- Excel
I have 3 columns; 2 of which are formatted as text. I want to sort 1 column (to include the other text columns). The column that I want to sort are formatted as numbers; with 2 decimal places. For example:
1504.16,10210.09,10433.05 and 10106.00. The number of lines that I want to sort is 126. When I sort, the numbers are not from smallest to the largest; but results in a manner that doesn't make sense.

When working with large datasets in Microsoft Excel, it's essential to ensure your data is well-organized. In your case, where you have numeric values with two decimal places, sorting can sometimes be tricky. To address this, you should follow the steps mentioned earlier to properly format your data as numbers.
Now, if you're concerned about the safety of your Excel files and want to secure them from potential data loss, it's a good idea to explore AI cloud backup solutions. This additional layer of protection ensures that your data is safe and can be easily recovered in case of unexpected events.
