merging cell content as text without keeping the first cells

I merged text from column A and B and want to create a new column C with this content without term, because I have to delete column A and B. How do I do this? Should I store the content from A and B in a different column F ? does it still work to create an csv file from it without the column F?

first day in Excel, sorry;)

An easy way to merge A and B into C and then delete A and B is to do the following.

1. In C, type the value that you want to see in the first row of your data. Press Enter.

2. In the next row in C, press Ctrl+E. Excel's "Flash Fill" feature will fill in all the values.

3. Check the values in C, and if it looks good, go ahead and delete A and B.
