Logical Test - Multiple Conditions
Dear All,
I've been trying for hours but I am not able to "crack" the code.
| Options | ||
| 1 | People on the bus | Yes |
| 2 | Operations carried out automated | No |
| 3 | Able to operate from another location | No |
| 4 | Make decisions and determine actions by itself | No |
| Desired Output: | ||
| Option | ||
| IF #1 is Yes. #2 is No. #3 is No. #4 is No. | NA | |
| IF #1 is Yes. #2 is Yes. #3 is No. #4 is No. | 1 | |
| IF #1 is Yes. #2 is Yes. #3 is Yes. #4 is No. | 2 | |
| IF #1 is No. #2 is Yes. #3 is Yes. #4 is No. | 3 | |
| IF #1 is No. #2 is Yes. #3 is Yes. #4 is Yes. | 4 |
My aim is to allow excel to perform logical test to identify the "Options" based on my conditions. i.e. "Option __" then based on the conditions that I've defined. Option 1 for example
Is there any way to allow excel to perform a logical test based on the above-defined conditions?
Thank you in advance.

- whleeCopper ContributorDear Sir,
Thank you for your help and attached file. The formulas were working when I use Office Excel 365 but it wasn't working when I was using an Excel 2019 due to the lack of XLOOKUP function.
Do you have any alternative methods to allow the formulas to be used for Excel 2019 without the need to install/download any additional add-ons?
Greatly appreciate your help.- Detlef_LewinSilver Contributor
