Last Name, First name to First Name Last Name,

This is probably pretty basic, but I need to convert (CONCAT?) a column of names from (Last Name, First name) to (First Name Last Name,).  Thanks, in advance!

    Most probably default weekends are taken from OS regional settings, please check your current locale

PS I need to skip cells that have no commas.
