IF AND functions
G'day from Australia!
I have limited skills in Excel formulas and need to create something like the following:
For employee X, if cell C3 is 1 and cell C4 is 3, then result is "Excellent", if cell C3 is 2 and cell C4 is 2, then result is "Good" and so on for 9 different combinations. The result (with employee's name "X"), then needs to be plotted into a cell in another worksheet. So if "X" employee's result is "Excellent", then "X" shows in the "Excellent" box in the other worksheet. There could be up to 20+ Excellent results so each "X" should be in a different cell.
HELP??!!
