How to replace " - " in excel sheet

Dear All,

Seeking help on how to replace " - " in excel sheet with blanks and by not affecting negative values.

Like in this case I want to replace " - " with blanks but not affect -1,938 - this for example and it is a large dataset in my case.

Check the box that says "Match entire cell contents"
