How to correct for the frequency when ranking

Tara, not sure, but it looks like we shall rank score/frequency - higher score with less answers the better
I applied same logic to your file, please check

I think this is the way it should be! I applied the formulas to the short example from previous post, and it gave the same results as what a manually entered.
