help with Excel

I am not very good with Excel and this may have been discussed in another forum. I have an excel sheet with with information.  I want to fill in other cells in a cascade effect. Ex. under Inspector cell when I pick (Mike) I want the Utility Company cell to assign certain companies to mike filtering out the rest so in the next drop down I can pick one of the remaining companies. And once picked I would like another cell to populate contractor, then foreman and their cell phone number. if this isnt possible please let me know.
