Forumulas and Functions

For the pass several weeks I have beet trying to have this issue resole. Many of the new excel functions are not working.  The one I'm most intrested is VSTACK which I'm getting #Name? . I have open a Microsoft Support [Case #:1043135838] - however never responded.  Is anyone having the same issue?
