Formula's for moving data
I have a set of dates. What I want to have happen is if the date in column A is older than today (which I have as a control cell with the Today formula in it), I want the date to move to column B and leave A empty. I have been working on this for days with our IT dept and it is not coming together. Any advise is appreciated. Thank you

amandanotoriousBOA If you really want to move the content from one cell to another, you need VBA. But with conditional formatting and an IF formula you can achieve a similar visual effect. Please see attached.
