Formula for Conditional Formatting

Please refer to the screenshot below.&nbsp; Specifically Row 7 and columns s and T.I am looking for a formula for conditional formatting that can be used when there is no value in S or T and the date in N has already passed. &nbsp;As you can see in the screenshot, N7 has a date of 7/11.&nbsp; S7 and T7 do not have values, so those are overdue.&nbsp; What formula can I use that can quickly identify a date that has passed and there are no values in the accompanying cells?Excel 2013&nbsp;&nbsp;

Sorry, my guess was you formatted blank/zero cells to show the dash.
