Format Control - Pick multiple on drop down list

I'm trying to create a combo box that allows multiple selections.  In the directions you are to click the Drop down lines and enter the number...I don't have this option so my drop down list is staying expanded.  

WHAT I WANT is a cell that allows a pull down window with check boxes to select multiple line items.  Can't get it to work for the life of me.
