As a comment, Beta is stable enough, serious issues here are very seldom. The main problem is compatibility if you share files with someone else or work in different environments.

Just to be clear, as an Insider, I apparently currently have 2311.17029. So, you're saying until I see 2312.17116 or greater, I won't have it?

Insiders have two channels - Beta and Current Preview. Based on build number you are on the latest Release Notes Current Channel (Preview) - Office release notes | Microsoft Learn
Discussed new functionality was not deployed on Current Preview, you need to update on Beta channel to have it.
