Filling the cell according to the color of the cell next to it

Hi,

I would like to automatically fill the cell next to original with its value, when the original cell we refer to has a green colour.

For example

C1 has a value of 5$. When C1 changes colour to green, than d1 automatically fill with the value of C1 (5$)
