I am getting this message in Excel "Excel ran out of resources while attemptng to calculate on one or more formulas. As a result, these formulas can not be evaluated." The workshet is large but on past cmpleted versions I never got such a message. What do I do to correct this situaton?

Most probably you have wrong array formula inside. That's entire thread with such cases here. Without the file it's hard to say something more concrete.
