Excel VBA Projects atpvbaen.xls(ATPVBAEN.XLAM) and ABAProject(FUNCRES.XLAM)

Both Projects are listed automatically as VBA Project on the VBA Project Panel of MS EXCEL  Development Panel. atpvbaen.xls Need a Password. I do not Need These Projects.

How could I erase These Projects?
