excel spread sheet.

I have a very complex spread sheet that I can't get to work or I eventually get lost in it when sorting things out. Looking for a genius who can help me with it or better still resolve it for me. I have 14 tabs that have to be linked but there are so many different calculations and variables that it is beyond me.

The file has been added and if anyone wishes to try this and needs more information I am happy to chat. Thanks in advance for anyone who can work this out.
