Excel Sort Based on Cell Contents

Years ago I used to be able to sort my spreadsheet based on a value. Somehow I got to the point where it would ask me how I wanted to sort and one of the options was Contents. You could enter a value and select Equals To and other options.  It would then sort the spreadsheet with all rows with that value in the column you selected at the top of the spreadsheet. I'm dumbfounded on how to do that in Office 365 For Business Excel. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

    Click in your data.

    On the Data tab of the ribbon, in the Sort & Filter group. click to highlight the Filter button.

    This will add filter dropdown arrows to the column headers in the first row of the data,

    Clicking a dropdown arrow will display a menu with options to filter and sort the data:
