Excel "0" isn't recognised in the mobile numbers of a xls/.xslsx file for a telephone Autodialer

Calling Australian numbers to Australian numbers
Landline numbers are recognised in the Autodialer (Anaudi Premium) without the zero eg. 363303717. That works! and rings! in the Autodialer. That works fine over all.

However 0363303717 (is the correct number) and ofcourse the "0" can't be displayed and I can't get it to work in any format type. See below, in the mobile phone numbers for the different variations I have tried.

The problem is calling Australian mobile phone numbers. 0478145554 is the correct number, however in all the formats I have tried it doesn't work in the Autodialer.
-I've tried 478145554, that doesn't work. Autodialer doesn't recognise it.
-I've tried "Format Cells", "Custom", "0000000000" ie "0478145554". That doesn't work. Autodialer doesn't recognise it.
-I've tried "Format Cells", "Text". That doesn't work. Autodialer doesn't recognise it.
-I've tried "Format Cells", "Text". (I don't know about editing the "flag" features)

Autodialer (Anaudi Premium) comes with a 3 day free trial, if you want to test and trial it.

I hope you can help solve this problem please as I can't find any support from Autodialer (Anaudi Premium) or any other autodialer product.

As a comment, you can't change any value with formatting only. Format only could change the way how the value is presented to the user (e.g. 123 as 0123; 44240 as 13 Feb 2021; etc).

Thus the only option is what HansVogelaar suggested (text).

Why autodialer doesn't work with texts and does it have an option to add leading zero to some area codes - that's the question to authors of autodialer.

I have spent 12hours on it. I can't work it out.

I've tried.  And nothing works for calling a mobile phone number.

Doesn't allow, ()-' & space. It mentions that, one of few instructions

      Tried '0478148945, text +614781489945, (04)78148945, 0478-148-945

61478148945 (number appears on the graphic user interface, tries to ring but doesn't connect)

      =text(b1,"0000000000")

      I removed the Green Flag.

Postcode, numbers, text, phone number, general

      Custom, Type: 0000000000

Text 0478148945 and '0478148945 (The green flag or formula is blocking it) only the "0" appears on the graphic user interface.

Xls and xlsx , files, I'm thinking are the other brands of these file type and NOT Microsoft Excel.

Maybe my Mircosoft Excel is not the Australian version: Eg Format Cells, Special, Phone Number. It will not allow me to put a "0" into it. (43)355-2353.
