Excel Optimization Formula
Hello, I am looking for an optimization formula. I have two sets of data, each with a cost and output. I need to find the maximum output given my cost restriction while using exactly 4 items from set one and 1 item from set two.

- I can also only use data from a given row once. So data point A from set one cannot be used alongside data point AA from set two
