Excel formula with repeated columns

I have a sheet where each student name is repeated 6 times in a column 6 times the amount is mentioned. I want to refine this data into a separate sheet where the student names must come one in each row and the sum of fee 4th, 5th and 6th terms must be extracted to the corresponding column.

For example, in C3 to c8, the student's name is repeated 6 times and there are six terms created for the child. 

I want to extract data in another sheet so that the student's name come once and the sum of the terms IV, V and VI must come in the next column
