Excel File with VBA for multiple users

Hi,

I created an Excel File by using VBA that contains several forms. I would like to share this file with my team. Is there a way to dot it, so multiple users could access and make changes at the same time? I already tried Excel Online through Office 365. Several people could connect at the same to the same file, but if two or more people submit information, it would get an error. Some information never got lost.
