[Escalate from MS Answers Community]
ISSUE
I'm using Office on a Mac device. I use a personal account and not a corporate account. When I turn on the AutoSave feature, my documents are not saved to OneDrive. An "Upload Blocked - We couldn't verify that you have the necessary permissions to upload the file." error message appears.
The customer has tried logging out and back into OneDrive and uploading a newly created blank document. Again this prompt will appear.
