Dynamic arrays and Excel version.

I would like to know if dynamic arrays are supported in single version of Excel such as Excel 2016, 2019, etc. Is there a version/build table to check that?
No, dynamic arrays are only for Office 365 subscribers. Perhaps they will be available in coming Excel 2022.
