Drop Down List Arrows

I am looking to remove the arrows from the cells that contain a drop down list. I still want the list to appear when I go into the cell, but do not want the arrow that appears on the right side of the cell.

Hi Brian,

This arrow is mandatory, it's required for the drop-down list!

You cannot get access to the drop-down without it.
