Date Formatting in pivot table
Okay, but most probably you have data model if your Excel is not too old. You may do the same without PoverPivot interface. First, be sure that setting is disabled
Create PivotTable with adding to data model option. As first step add PublishedDate to rows, it automatically creates PublishDate (Months) column
After that add to rows and values Property Address Region and delete from rows Publish Date and Publish Date (Month) fields. The latest add to filter instead. Result will be the same

Willy Lau, in compatible format integrated data model starts from Excel 2013. If you have earlier version - yes, it's time to upgrade. That's the question on 2019 or 365, depends on goals.

Hi SergeiBaklan, thanks for sharing me the information. However, my office is too old and it doesn't have that function. Maybe it is time to buy Excel 2019.
