Data transpose automatically in excel

Setup is not ideal but there might be something to do (not sure yet)
- What version of Excel do you run?
- On which OS (Windows, Mac...)?
- Could you attached (if not allowed yet, upload to OneDrive, Google Drive... and share) a sample representative workbook so we don't spend time creating dummy data that might not reflect reality?
Data from picture didn't take kindly to the provided image so I've created a scaled down sample. I've also opted to show full dates from the column headers.
One approach is to un-pivot the data in PowerQuery.
