Setup is not ideal but there might be something to do (not sure yet)

1. What version of Excel do you run?
2. On which OS (Windows, Mac...)?
3. Could you attached (if not allowed yet, upload to OneDrive, Google Drive... and share) a sample representative workbook so we don't spend time creating dummy data that might not reflect reality?

Data from picture didn't take kindly to the provided image so I've created a scaled down sample.  I've also opted to show full dates from the column headers.

One approach is to un-pivot the data in PowerQuery.
