Create from selection icon

Hi, I’ve downloaded excel on iPad Pro, I couldn’t locate the icon “create from selection” on it. It appears on Mac and other laptops, if any one could help me out with it?

    This functionality isn't available on Excel for iPad or Excel Online. It would need to be done in the desktop version (PC or Mac).
