Converting 1900 text date to date when opening

Hello

I would like to know if there's a way for converting 1900 text dates (XXXXX in days) automatically when OPENING a data sheet, this means, not having to adjust the cells format

Is there some add-on / action / SmartTag that can accomplish that task?
