I am having an issue with resizing a chart title. Can anybody help me out???

I don't know what kind of issue you are encountering. However, to "resize" a chart title, you can easily select the title, go to the Home tab and then use the increase font size button, as if you just wanted to increase the font size on a cell.

In addition, chart title box can't be resized manually, it always has the size of the text within it. Thus two options - resize the text of title (font size, etc) or delete chart title box and insert on the top of the chart text box.

Each has pros and cons, depends on goals.
