Cannot run Macro

Hi there，I have a problem in the excel. I cannot run the macro function. I need open a worksheet，normally a message box will come out with “enable macro” and “unable macro” options，but now I cannot see “enable options” to run the worksheet. Can you please advise how to fix it.

I did not change settings and also asked the microsoft support team to control my computer to check，but it may be complex and not be fixed.
