Black Screen in Excel

Copper Contributor

Hello. When working with large Excel files, after applying some filters and scrolling up and down, the Excel sheet suddenly turns black and I can't see what I'm typing. I have already received assistance from Windows technical support, but it didn't yield a satisfactory result (see case number 1043264589). Please help me find a solution. Windows was restored and several evaluations were carried out, but the issue remains unresolved. I greatly appreciate any help with this problem.
