Automatic timestamp

Hi everyone

I have a specific question. I'd like to have an automatic timestamp that changes when a value is changed in another table: 

Timestamp changes for the moment manualy. However, if a number change in the table the sum is made from, my timestamp doesn't adapt.

Is it possible to have a timestamp that "refreshes" everytime the sum change ?
