Add ins have disappeared and unable to add them back
The Add Ins have disappeared. I click the Add In logo then click on the Add button, enter the namer of the Add In I want and I get a message saying it is unable to load any Add Ins.
What is happening? How can I get my add ins back?
Thanks
Steve

Hi Steve, that sounds like Excel’s Office Add-ins store is failing to load. It does not necessarily mean your add-ins have been deleted.
Try these checks:
- Close all Excel windows and reopen Excel. Check that you are signed in with the account previously used for those add-ins.
- Open Add-ins > My Add-ins and check whether they are still listed. The wording may vary by Excel version.
- If you use Excel for Windows, go to File > Account > Account Privacy > Manage Settings and check whether optional connected experiences are enabled.
- Try accessing add-ins in Excel for the web with the same account. If the store fails there too, it points toward an account, organization policy or service issue.
- If only desktop Excel is affected, install available Office updates through File > Account > Update Options > Update Now.
