"In-page search" feature in Edge 128 now opens in the sidebar. I want this feature Block
It seems that the "In-page search" feature in Edge 128 now opens in the sidebar. This sidebar can also open other websites, creating potential loopholes for filters, which is very troublesome.
Does anyone know how to prevent the sidebar from opening?

YamadaKsk Hello - I just spoke to the team. Currently there is a new experiment for Find on page, which is what you've encountered.
You can switch back to the flyout by clicking the circled button in the screenshot.
Also, if needed, you can disable this experiment at edge://flags/#edge-sidebar-find-on-page. And you can provide feedback directly to the team through our in-browser feedback tool. It's under "..." menu > Help and feedback > Send feedback. Thanks!

- YamadaKskCopper ContributorThank you for your response.
So, is it still undecided whether this feature will be officially released?
We are having trouble because the sidebar has become a loophole for the filtering feature in the extension we provide. It seems that there are cases where the sidebar cannot be restricted through Intune.- Kelly_YMicrosoft
YamadaKsk Hello - Do you have the HubsSidebarEnabled policy set to "Disabled"? (More information: Manage the sidebar in Microsoft Edge | Microsoft Learn) If it is "Disabled" the sidebar should be blocked in your organization.
