Couldn't connect to the sync server. Retrying...
Hi. We are trying to implement Edge in ou environment but sync isn't working.
Looks like all has been configured based n below article Configuring Microsoft Edge sync but there is still an error 'Couldn't connect to the sync server. Retrying...'. On my Global Admin account sync is working but on test account not (MS365 E3 licensed).

They should be able to work with you directly to gather any necessary logs and be able to troubleshoot your specific case properly.
