We have a site https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/education/remote-learning that brings together our resources to support customers with the move to remote learning.

Other points to flag and resources to use include:

• Office 365 A1 is free for Education (and always has been) and the majority of customers have access to this or one of the paid suites (A3 / A5).
• Our recommended solution to move to remote learning is Teams. It works on any device, and brings together communications, documents, assignments as well as online meetings, so scales from simple to more sophisticated remote engagement options without needing multiple tools.
• For customers that need help to deploy and get set up, we have extended FastTrack support for every customer.
• Our biggest priority is to support customers to best shift to remote working, teaching and learning
• We have set up a Remote Learning Community https://aka.ms/JoinRemoteLearningCommunity to help bring people together to learn from peers and share global best practice
• We are running a series of Webinars https://aka.ms/TeamsEDUwebinars to help customers make the shift to Remote Learning with Teams
• We announced the first in a series of webinars https://microsoftevent.eventbuilder.com/event/15597 specifically aimed at Educators learning how to teach remotely.

• Azure Lab Services Easily set up and provide on-demand access to preconfigured virtual machines (VMs) to support your scenarios. Teach a class, train professionals, run a hackathon or a hands-on lab, and more. Simply define your needs and the service will roll the lab out to your audience. Users access all their lab VMs from a single place. https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/services/lab-services/ Forum for discussions and questions: https://aka.ms/azlabs-forum Product blog: https://aka.ms/azlabs-blog
